Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Golden Link Travel Agency, we are committed to providing our clients with seamless and worry-free travel arrangements. Once a travel package has been booked and confirmed with us, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

1. No Refund Policy

All bookings made through Golden Link Travel Agency — including flights, hotels, visas, and tour packages — are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.

This strict policy is in place because once reservations are secured, hotels, airlines, and service providers apply non-refundable charges to us. As a result, we cannot recover these costs to issue refunds.

2. Amendments & Changes

Any amendments or changes (such as rescheduling, change of name, or alteration in travel dates) are subject to airline, hotel, and third-party provider rules.

Additional fees may apply depending on the policies of these providers. Golden Link Travel Agency will assist clients in making such changes wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee approval.

3. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to appear for their scheduled flight, hotel, or tour (no-show), the booking will be treated as fully used, and no refund or rescheduling will be permitted.

4. Visa Applications

All visa service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection, since these payments are passed directly to the concerned embassy or consulate.

5. Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics), refunds may still not be possible as third-party providers generally maintain strict no-refund policies. However, we will make every effort to secure rescheduling or credits where possible.

6. Customer Acknowledgment

By booking with Golden Link Travel Agency, the customer acknowledges and accepts this No Refund Policy in full.
