International Travel Documents Requirements

To ensure a smooth travel experience, all travelers booking flights, tours, or packages with Golden Link Travel Agency must provide the necessary documents before their trip.

1. Mandatory Documents for All Travelers

Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Confirmed Airline Ticket: Issued by Golden Link Travel Agency.

Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended for international trips.

2. UAE Residents

Emirates ID: A valid Emirates ID card is required for residents.

Residence Visa Page: A copy of the UAE residence visa valid for at least 6 months.

3. Additional Requirements Based on Destination

Depending on the country of travel, additional documents may include:

Entry Visa / E-Visa for the destination country (processed through Golden Link Travel Agency where applicable).

Vaccination Certificates (e.g., Yellow Fever, COVID-19, or other health requirements mandated by the destination).

Bank Statements / Proof of Funds if requested by the embassy or consulate.

Hotel Booking Confirmation if not included in the package.

Invitation Letter (for business travel or certain country requirements).

4. Minors & Families

Birth Certificates for children below 18 years of age.

Parental Consent Letter if a child is traveling without one or both parents.

5. Traveler Responsibility

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure all documents are valid and complete before departure.

Golden Link Travel Agency will provide guidance and support in preparing these documents, but failure to present valid documents at immigration or airline counters may result in denied boarding or entry, for which the agency cannot be held responsible.
